Terms & Conditions for Endure Ascent
1. Our Service to You

Your coach will design and deliver a safe, effective, and personalised exercise programme tailored to your goals, fitness level, and preferences.

Coaching may include training sessions, exercise plans, nutritional guidance, and ongoing accountability.

For in-person training, Endure Ascent will provide necessary equipment and organise suitable venues.

For online coaching, programmes will be delivered via agreed platforms (e.g. app, email, video call, or messaging), with regular check-ins to monitor progress.

All personal information will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or for medical safety.

2. Your Responsibilities as a Client

Complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before beginning training. A GP’s clearance may be required.

Commit to your programme, attend scheduled sessions/check-ins, and engage fully with the coaching process.

For online coaching: ensure you have a safe training environment, appropriate equipment (if needed), and a reliable internet connection.

Notify your coach of any changes in health, medication, or lifestyle that may affect training.​

3. Online coaching:

Monthly coaching is billed in full at the start of the billing period.

No refunds or credits are given for missed check-ins, late updates, or non-engagement by the Client.

If the coach cannot deliver coaching for any reason, time will be credited or an alternative arrangement offered.

4. Refunds​

Online coaching fees are non-refundable once the coaching period has started.

If a coach leaves Endure Ascent, a suitably qualified replacement will be allocated. Refunds will not be issued in this case.

5. Health & Liability

By signing, the Client confirms they have completed a PAR-Q and disclosed all relevant health information.

The Client understands that exercise carries risk and accepts responsibility for their own health and participation.

For online coaching, the Client accepts full responsibility for ensuring their training environment is safe and suitable.

Endure Ascent, its coaches, and associates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage sustained during training, except where negligence is proven.
